There are coaching staff on hand at the pool sessions in both the main pool and the rolling tank to help you develop your skills.

If you are interested in progressing onto white water and would like to start attending Cardiff International White Water centre. There are a core group of members that regularly attend the park and play sessions that will be happy to help you progress your skills on the white water course. So please see one of the coaches at the pool sessions for further details.
